I am an experienced product and design leader with over 15 years’ experience in helping organisations design and build better services and create the conditions for transformation at scale.

I have extensive experience of leading large cross-functional teams to design, build and scale digital products that deliver value for their users, influencing and partnering with clients and leaders to deliver results.

Over the last few years my focus has been on working with leaders and teams to:

• Define strategies for service transformation and design future product propositions

• Build and coach teams to design, deliver and operate user-focused digital products

• Embed user-centred service design methods and digital ways of working in the delivery of platforms, products and services

I focus on bringing the best out of people to help solve complex problems that involve multiple teams, domains and organisations through a culture of openness and collaboration.
